Being so close to Disney World, Orlando (it is no more than 12 minutes drive to the Disney World gates) and less than 5 minutes drive away from the Interstate 4 (the main highway to Disney and both Gulf and Atlantic coasts) the villa's location in 'The Village At Tuscan Ridge' is ideal. Although there is so much more to see and do in Orlando, trips to places such as Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Village and New Smyrna Beach on the Atlantic coast, and Clearwater, Tampa, St Petersburg, St Pete's Beach, Venice and Naples on the Gulf coast, should not be missed and are all within easy reach. In addition, if you want to do more than visit the various attractions in and around Orlando on your Florida vacations, then our villa's central location is ideal for exploring the real and authentic side of Florida. But you want the best of starts and for this you need a comfortable home as your base. This most luxurious of Orlando homes was built in March 2002 and is managed by a local management company so they are on hand in case of need - and at weekends! The villa has 5 bedrooms - two doubles (one king and one queen) and three twin bedrooms. The king master bedroom is located on the ground floor - all other bedrooms are on the upstairs floor. Unlike most homes that you can rent, we have a crib in the king master bedroom that can be converted to an intermediate or toddler bed. The villa will therefore sleep 10 plus a baby toddler. For entertainment, excluding the large luxurious heated pool, there is a games room with a pool table, an air hockey table and an electronic dartboard with darts. In addition, in one of the twin bedrooms there is a Playstation2 with games (with its own TV for use with the Playstation). In the family room there is a hi-fi with 60 CDs, a video player and a DVD player with 30 DVDs for guests' enjoyment. Both the king and queen bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. In addition each has a remote control TV with cable. The third bathroom, the family bathroom, serves the twin bedrooms. The half bath is located on the ground floor.
