When you book any of our Kissimmee vacation rentals near Walt Disney World, details of when the rental payments will be required are detailed below. Payment may be made by cheque (if the payment is in US Dollars or in Sterling), by money order or by draft. Payment may also be made by credit or debit card. If payment is made by credit or debit card, payment should be made in the currency of the Rental Agreement i.e. US$ or Sterling. For credit/debit card payment please use the PayPal 'Pay Now' link above. Do please note however that a 4% credit card supplement will be added to the cost to cover credit card charges. N.B. Do not make payment until requested to do so (details will be provided in the Rental Agreement). |

Rental Agreement |
|
A deposit of 20% of the rental cost is required at the time of booking. A short term rental agreement, providing the full terms and conditions of rental, will need to be signed. This document together with an invoice for the rental fee deposit will be sent upon receipt of the e-mail/telephone provisional booking. The provisional booking will be held for 14 days only. The rental deposit should be returned with the signed rental agreement. The balance of the rental charge (i.e. the remaining 80%) is payable 12 weeks prior to the booking period. The rental documentation will provide details of all the required payments and payment dates. |

Refunds |
|
Any funds, once paid, are non refundable in the event of cancellation. |
|
 |
Travel Insurance |
|
As most travel insurance policies cover holiday costs in the event of cancellation (dependent on circumstances), it is strongly recommended that a policy is taken out when booking to cover this unforeseen circumstance. |

 |
Security Deposit |
|
With all bookings a returnable security deposit will be payable when the final balance is paid. (This sum will be detailed and included in the Rental Agreement.) The security deposit is £200 / $300 per booking. Assuming no loss or damages are incurred, this deposit is returned within 21 days from the end of the booking period. |
