	Swimming Pool

Not all Florida vacation homes are the same as you will see with our large outdoor private swimming pool. Our pool has been enlarged so it is bigger than the average pool you will find in a Florida vacation home. Our lanai (patio) area has also been enlarged so that there is plenty of room for you to sunbathe. Both are covered by a large 'bird/insect screen'. (No need to worry about 'gators where our villa is!) The pool measures just over 30 ft x 15ft, is 5ft at its deepest and 3ft at its shallowest. All windows and doors from the home leading to the pool and lanai are protected by child safety alarms thus preventing young children from entering the pool area without the parents' knowledge.


	Dining Areas

For the outdoor lover, there are two barbeques. A smaller permanently fixed barbeque by the swimming pool and a larger portable one in the garage. There are also table and chairs in a covered lanai area by the pool that has a fan above to keep cool whilst dining plus a light for evening enjoyment. In addition there is also a table and chairs available in the kitchen area (kitchen dining nook). For a more formal family dining experience, the villa has a separate full dining room with table that can seat up to 10 people.


	Reading Room

For those looking for a more peaceful and relaxing time at 'home' whilst not enjoying the delights of Orlando, there is a separate reading area (with two sofas) that overlooks, and has access to, the pool area via sliding patio doors. Numerous novels are supplied - too many to read whilst you are there!


	Sun Beds

On the other hand, the sun-worshipers can relax on the numerous sun beds by the pool and soak up the hot and glorious Florida sunshine.


	Air Conditioning

The villa has two air conditioning systems, one upstairs and one downstairs, allowing you the luxury of setting a more comfortable temperature whilst sleeping. This is particularly convenient if you have young children going to bed early in the evening because your own comfort, whilst relaxing downstairs, will not be affected.
