For your  Disney vacations in Orlando  Florida, you will wish to be relatively close to the parks and the main routes to other attractions. Florida offers the golfer a wealth of courses.  Near the villa there are probably in the region of 20 courses within just a few minutes drive.  The most testing and, arguably, the most challenging course must be the 'Champion's Gate' course - an 18-hole championship golf course, designed by the legendary Australian golfer, Greg 'The Shark' Norman, that is only a few minutes drive away (less than 5 minutes drive!). 

If you want to take a break from the parks and the other Florida attractions and you like to relax by having a game of tennis, then there is a clay court in 'The Village at Tuscan Ridge' that is free to use by guests staying at our villa.

Your Disney vacations in Orlando wouldn't be the same without some days out to the beautiful sandy beaches to be found on both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts.  Both coasts are between 60-75 minutes drive.  On the Atlantic coast you have resorts such as Cocoa Beach, Daytona, New Smyrna Beach and of course the Kennedy Space Centre.  On the Gulf coast you will find Tampa Bay, Clearwater, St Petersburg, St. Pete's Beach, Venice and Sarasota.

For a bit of history visit St. Augustine - the US's oldest city.  As with any location steeped in history, there are many exciting museums located in the area.  The town also boasts 43 miles of pristine beaches!
