Folk that have enjoyed Disney holidays in Orlando will know that Florida vacation rentals near Disney World are not all the same. They vary in size, style, location and, more importantly, on quality and comfort. Way back in June 2001 we looked at a great number of rental homes near Disney World. In the end we chose the Mouse House because it met with most of the criteria we set as our requirements for a delightful, executive style rental home. It was finally built in late March 2002 and we have been letting it out since then. The home is still as comfortable and luxurious as it was when it was first built. We had a fantastic time in Florida despite the heat! and the Mouse House was everything we had expected from the information you provided and more! My family couldn't believe how nice it was for such a great price! I thought the information you gave, directions for the parks and stores, and accessing the house was very helpful and easy to find. We all agreed that the house really made the vacation special........ Thank you again for helping to make our visit to Disney a memorable one! My kids didn't want to leave they said they wished we were moving into the Mouse House!

Hello Alan Thank you for the use of your beautiful home! This was our first trip to Disney and being able to come back to a private home after a long day at the parks was just perfect! We took my immediate family which included my granddaughter Olivia that is 8 months old and I was very surprised how your home had everything she needed! My sons and their partners are from the ages of 18 - 22 and having access to a pool table, air hockey and tennis equipment and of course the absolute convince of having our private pool just made our trip perfect! Thank you so much and I hope your trip in Arizona was as relaxing as ours was. We definitely look forward in renting from you again. My husband stated he would loved to come back every couple of years with the whole family and just make it a tradition of ours. So I am sure we will chat again in the near future. I have also showed pictures and given out your website information to a couple of our close friends and family, so I am sure you may hear from them also. Thank you so much for allowing my family to spend our vacation in your home. We had a fantastic time. My two girls loved the pool and I had everything I needed to make my 6-month old little boy comfortable. After days at the parks the house was heaven to come home to. We had plenty of room for all of the family to spread out and the house was comfortable enough for all of us to join together in the living room and spend some family time. Everyone was sad to leave because we came to feel very at home in the Mouse House. We enjoyed our stay so much and are already looking into my husbands vacation time for next year to make plans to return! Again thank you for keeping such a lovely vacation home and allowing us the privilege to rent it!

Just got home yesterday and wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed your beautiful home. I have stayed off and on the grounds at Disney over 10 times and this was the best so far. Dear Alan, Let me start by saying we had a terrific time and your house was just what we hoped it would be. It is a beautiful place! By the way, we liked your Seiko clock so much that we ordered two of them ourselves. The location of the house was just about perfect as we took Rt. 27 to 192 to get to Disney..... Our grandchildren really enjoyed the swimming pool and the large screen television. Thank you so much for making our rental/visit hassle-free. We will definitely consider renting the DisneyMouseHouse again next year.

What a great time we had at Disney and MGM. This was not our first visit to Orlando. We come two or three times a year. This was by far the best time ever. The MOUSE HOUSE was great, only 20 min. from all Disney parks. The house was spotless and had every thing anyone needs. In fact we were so well rested WE (8) drove to Jacksonville and flew to Minnesota for a week of snow. When we got back our deposit was all ready here.!!!! Thanks again. Happy NEW YEAR

Alan, we had a wonderful stay and we fell in love with the house and pool. I had to make sure your clock was still on the wall when we left, my nephew's wife thought it was awesome. We did have some trouble hooking up to the wireless internet, but that might have been us. We would definitely recommend your house, the location is perfect for Disney. I've been telling my co-workers at the hospital about the villa and showing pictures. We appreciated being able to stay in a home instead of a hotel - it made the trip so enjoyable. The kids loved the 50 inch plasma TV - they called your house The Fun House. Brooke (she's 4) and Ethan (he's 5) didn't want to leave (actually none of us did) they wanted to stay at the Fun House. We'd love to make the trip again next year. You made everything so easy for us. Thanks again. Have a great summer.

Our vacation could not have gone any better. The Villa was fantastic! The children enjoyed the pool almost every night and every morning we would awake to find them playing in the game room. HEY ALAN!!!!!! IT WAS OUTSTANDING!!!!! ..... I have referred this villa to at least 10 of my closest friends and we were amazed at how wonderful it was. From the minute we walked through the door, we were astounded by the gorgeous decor and the cleanliness of the villa. It was literally heaven! My daughter is handicapped (I think I had mentioned that) and the accommodations worked out perfectly for her. She slept all night in her room and was very comfortable! The pool was a big hit with everyone and the management company was extremely responsive when we asked for the temp to be turned down slightly. I'm sure you know that the weather last week was in the 80's! The villa is undoubtedly the PERFECT spot for just about anyone who wants to come to Orlando and stay in a perfect location, just a few minutes away from the action, but far enough away to be quiet, tranquil and relaxing! We enjoyed the New York Pizza restaurant (off and away from the main drag), and we ate at the Cracker Barrell too. Excellent! It was very difficult to leave there on Saturday! We will definitely be back and we will definitely stay there. I don't think adequate words can describe what the villa and the vacation meant to our family. Thank you SO MUCH!!

All the guys truly enjoyed your home. We all thank you for such a great stay. I know I want to return with my family and some of the other guys are thinking the same thing. We will be doing our golf trip next year and if they all plan on the Orlando area again, your home will be where everyone wants to stay...... We've just enjoyed our second visit to the Mouse House and it will not be our last! Just when we thought the house couldn't get any better, the McConnell's added wireless internet connection, the newest Play Station system, new TVs, and a game room, complete with a pool table and air hockey! Between the game room, the collection of DVDs, video games, and the pool, our kids had no shortage of entertaining things to do (that didn't involve a theme park). Also, kudos to the management company - we called because a battery in the smoke alarm needed replacing (and no, we didn't check out the alarms upon arrival! One kept beeping, so we knew it was the battery) It was no time at all before it was taken care of & the guy was so friendly! It's a long drive from our home in Virginia to sunny Florida, but our "home away from home" at the Mouse House made every mile we drove worth it. We'll be back again next year! We've stayed at Myrtle Beach before and the cost comparison of those homes to this house for the benefits inside just cannot be beat!

.........A wonderful time was had by all. The weather could have been a little better but compared to our weather in Wisconsin it was perfect. Your house was incredible. It made the vacation very comfortable and home like. We had a difficult time seeing attractions because it was so nice to relax at "home". Sadly, our Florida vacation has come to an end and we are now back in Canada with several feet of snow still on the ground. I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your home during our recent vacation. We shared the home with another family and the home easily accomodated 4 adults and 4 children. We were amazed at the home's spaciousness, layout and decorating. Our children spent many hours swimming in the pool and on several occasions, while we were out sightseeing, asked to return to our "Florida home" to swim and relax. Because of the home's close proximity to Disney, we were able to return home for dinner and a swim before venturing back to the parks for the evening. My husband and I were fortunate to have been able to stay in the King master suite and found it very beautiful and spacious. So often when you are on vacation, you look forward to returning home and sleeping in your own bed but I can assure you this wasn't the case! We were very comfortable staying at the Mouse House. We hope to return again some day and have recommended your home to family and friends.

We really liked the trip to Florida and the villa was just gorgeous... We loved the villa! It was wonderful to be able to take the afternoon off from Disney and come back to the house for a refreshing swim in the pool. ...my staff has returned and were very impressed and comfortable with the house. Robin, told me that everything was perfectly maintained, immaculate, and extremely comfortable for the 6 ladies that were there. I am looking to book again in October for the ADA convention.... .......We had the most wonderful time, even though it rained a few days. The house was more than wonderful and it made our stay so comfortable. The whole family enjoyed the home. Our little girl was comfortable because the crib is just like hers here at our home. The staff was wonderful, and attended to our request and maintenance orders promptly. I have already spread the word about your wonderful place, and I intend to keep doing it, not to often do you find such wonderful, clean and home atmosphere places to place your family in. We'll never stay in a hotel again! Being situated in such a quiet community, only a few minutes drive from Disney was ideal. The new Publix grocery store just up the road was a godsend! Our family felt honoured staying in such a beautiful home. It's quite obvious that you spared no expense while decorating, furnishing, and landscaping the house. Everything was so perfect that my family couldn't help but treat the entire property with respect. As wonderful as the website depicts the home, it's ten times better! We'll definitely be back in the future. We hesitate recommending your home to others for one reason - the more people that we tell about this "paradise" the less chance we will have of obtaining a booking! Allan, it was a pleasure dealing with you from start to finish (well we're not really finished as we hope to be back!). Despite the fact that all our dealings were "virtual", I feel as though I know you personally. I understand that our good word has already resulted in an additional booking from another couple in North Bay and we will continue to spread the word.......If you ever have any Canadians seeking reassurance that your home is as good as it sounds, I would be happy to speak with them, or communicate via e-mail.

Both of our families absolutely loved your home. We had four adults and five children (two infants) and the house had more than enough room. It was so nice to stay in a home with plenty of room for the children to play and the adults to unwind from the parks, and we even had our own pool! The kids loved the pool so much they would ask to leave the parks so they could go home and swim. Had we stayed in a hotel we would have paid MORE money and been cramped in one room. There were many rental homes on-line to choose from, but some didn't have pictures and others that did the furniture looked just horrible. I wanted a place with quality comfortable furniture and your home had just that. From the moment we walked in the door till the day we left, we were highly impressed with your house. I would recommend your home to anyone and would love to stay there again should we ever return. Thanks again for your wonderful house!
